Vivo U3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SDM675 Snapdragon 675 (11 nm) processor. It comes with 4/6 GB of RAM.
The Vivo U3 runs Android 9 Pie and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. U3 supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo U3 on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
